This web-portal will allow you to electronically submit your monthly information during the first five business days of every month for the previous month's services. During the rest of the month, you will have the ability to view your previously submitted information as well as payment information. You will not be allowed to make any changes after the fifth business day of every month or once you have submitted your information. Reports not received by the fifth business day of the month will be subject to late payment.
