The Quality First Child Care Scholarship Program is a signature program of First Things First and administered by Valley of the Sun United Way. Valley of the Sun United Way has three primary focus areas: Ensuring Children and Youth Succeed, Ending Hunger and Homelessness, and Increasing the Financial Stability of Individuals and Families. We develop and invest in programs throughout Maricopa County that demonstrate measureable and lasting results in these areas.
